im having trouble getting connectedd or any one conecting to my online games i give my ip adress but it always comes back unable to connect whys this?

UDP 27015 to 27030 inclusive (Typically Matchmaking and HLTV)
TCP 27020 to 27050 inclusive (Steam downloads)

Dedicated or Listen Servers
TCP 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)
