so i installed the game (check)
edit router firewall seeting (check)
register a bioware cummunity account (check)
confirm email (check)
put all 3 cd keys in their website (check)

click play game, mutiplayer, type in my info
little connection status window poped

Authorizing Player NAme...
Authoriztion server down, skipping auth..
Could not Connect to Master Server, some Multiplayer services will be unavailable.

then i click ok, join internet game, then another window poped
an error occured when changing your availability stats. this might be a technical problem. please try again later.

fine, click ok again, select a server and click connect
server found attemping to log in...
Connection Error: Your player name has been refused by the Server



does anyone have the same problem? what should i do here

How often does this happen. I have been playing this game since it's release in 2006 and I would get this sporadically, but in that situation all I'd do is exit MP and then reconnect and that would resolve the issue. The issue from my understanding is just a time out during a connect due to a fart by the authorization server. Are you getting this consistently with every connect?

Hmm I honestly don't know then what can be causing this. Since other people can connect to multi-player without any problems I am inclined to think it is something on your side but one never knows. Hopefully someone more informed will stop by here.

Maybe it's a duplicate name? Or banned name?
