Multiplayer Achievements?

Do you know if I will be able to get the steam achievements if I'm hosting my savegame in multiplayer? Or will I have to play campaign to get them? If not, what happens if I pass an achievement milestone while in multiplayer, and then take my game back to single player?

God knows the answer to this, i dont play mp for this game, not keen on it. There are probably mp achievements soley for mp and the rest are in single player.

Nah, doesn't look like there are any MP achievements. But when you create a new MP game for others to join, it uses your normal SP game, which is why I was asking.

I checked, and while you won't unlock the achievements while playing in multiplayer, the next time you load up the save in single player, you will get them.

MP is actually pretty cool though. Just slap a password on it and invite a friend. Even for playing with strangers, by default they can't buy anything, sell equipment, or plow, so there isn't too much risk of them messing up anything. Plus if you decide to enable individual monetary accounts (off by default), after you're done for the day and quit, all the money goes back to you.
