Am I outside of the track or what?

It looks like my ship, and all my opponents, are outside the gaming area (white lines)? And the track seems to be totally garbled?

I checked the integrity of my game cache. My system is xp x64 and it happens no matter the resolution or fullscreen or windowed.

Very odd, I have no idea. The only thing I can think is perhaps using XP 64bit is the culprit, it's a pretty obscure OS in terms of gaming. It's unlikely to be the problem but possible.
