Pre-ordering from Amazon or Direct2Drive to Norway

I want to get the Psycho pre-order pack, but may a problem occur when I live in Norway, and Amazon is located in England and The U.S.?

Don't want to pre-order this game, only to find out that an English version doesn't work in Norway or something like that.

You have to activate it on Steam anyway and if there is a non-english version I'm sure you can set it ingame or through Steam.
