Performing first time setup: Installing Fixtimestamps.exe

Is there any reason that this is taking longer than 20minutes to complete? First I had to deal with the CD-Key issue and now this?

I've restarted Steam and rebooted my PC but I still cannot launch my game due to "fixtimestamps.exe" or whatever.

Same here....been maybe 15 minutes so far. It might just be an intense update, or it might have to do some server check as part of the exe....sucks, but it is what it is.
