Does anybody know if we(steam users)have the latest patch installed?

I mean ive heard with the latest patch you get rain effects! ... I have the wet ground & lightning etc but u haven't actually seen any rain falling!

Also my logitech steering wheel that is supposed to be supported wont work, I mean it being recognized in game but it wont let me configure any keys.

go into Logitech Gaming Software, click Options> Global Device Settings, and make sure "Report Combined Pedals" has a check on it, then you can map controls on your wheel.
