Cannot Create Servers

I've been playing TFC fine for months, but now for some reason whenever I try to make my own server the game freezes.

I click create server
I choose my map, click start game.
Goes back to the main screen.
Click create server again.
Choose my map, click start game.
Goes to the loading screen and freezes. Nothing loads. Opening up Task Manager shows TFC is no longer responding.

Joining games works fine.

I've tried reinstalling the game but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry, I found the problem. For some reason having the launch option to run Foxbot stuffed it.
