This game seems to continuously override my gamma/LUT settings that I have another program set to enforce. The result is that the game flickers constantly while trying to switch back and forth between the two gamma ramps. I wish there was some way to tell the game not to touch the LUT because the one I'm using is from a calibrating program and makes things look much better. Now I have to let the game override my calibration settings and play with uncalibrated default monitor gamma ramp settings.

you can re-apply gamma for desktop after quiting game. This happens with many games you know.
Alos game itself have problems with gamma, its too bright so you dont even need to use nighvision

you should open environment.cfg or open in-game console with alt+ctlr+~ and type\edit vid_gamma 0 and VID_BLACKLEVEL 0 (defaults was 1 and 0.5), and now you will see real darkness and true black colour as it should be.

Also there is a folder System and there is a file SystemGammaRamp.xrg just edit it with notepad and mess with strings (dont forget to backup file 1st)

there is also string VID_GAMMARAMP=0 in game config, i never tried it, but you should try to mess with it too, like set it to 1 and see what happens.
