Already have Dark Athena, can I get Butcher Bay?

I got Dark Athena on steam a while ago, I'd like to get the new and improved version of Butcher Bay; except Steam won't let me buy Dark Athena again because I already own it (the "purchase for myself" button is grayed out). I don't see any place on steam to buy Butcher Bay by itself. Is there anyway I can get it?

Sorry if this question has been answered already. My Search-fu was not strong enough t find it.

Dark Athena includes BB by itself. I've never seen a version of it WITHOUT the Butcher Bay part.
Anyways, graphics are not *that* improved, because the first game kicked ♥rse back then. And also they cut all the movies from the game, which kinda spoils the whole plot.

PS: Come on, i cannot even write an ♥rse?

I'm fairly certain that The Chronicles of Riddick™ Assault on Dark Athena contains the Escape from Butcher Bay remastered campaign.

Simply selecting the new game option would allow the OP to see that you can choose to start a new game from either one of the campaigns. Dunno how that would confuse someone or make them think they only paid for half a game.

You might try contacting support. If you can somehow prove that you were in the midst of buying it and the price changed during the purchasing period, they might give you the discounted price. Though I have not had this happen to me, so I can say for sure if they'll do anything at all.

You can't legally get Dark Athena without getting BB as well.:confused: They are a package deal of the requel.;) Check your menus.

The "improved" graphics have more to do with the HD upgrade to the Xbox360 as the original was released to the first xbox. So those of us who played Butcher Bay the first time around on the PC never really missed out on much. Anyone recall if the PC version had Depth of Field effects in 2004? That might be new.
