Water doesn't look right

Using an ATI Radeon 5850.

Water in Morrow wind looks much too... swirly? Hard to describe. Very, very busy water. Moreover, the reflections in the water have nothing at all to do with what they're supposed to be reflecting AFAICT.

Any ideas?

Also, are you using MGE and/or any shaders that affect the water?

1. Will prtsc work, or is there an in-game screenshot key?

2. Is there a way to attach a screenshot to a forum post?

3. I'm just playing vanilla, exactly as it is downloaded from Steam.

1) While in-game, press ALT+PRTSCR, then go to MS Paint and press CTRL+V and save the image.
2) Go to http://tinypic.com and upload the image there, then copy the "Direct Link" and paste it in a post.
