Getting sick of the crashers

That is why I joined iRacing, There are still crashers once in a while but not near as bad as I have found in other sims (Simbin series & rFactor):cool:

Another suggestion would be to join a league.

@ozgeek: Guys who enjoy entering races just to crash other people, or who don't know how to pass without crashing, or others who for some reason like turning starts into carnage even if it makes their races a few seconds long. In short, idiots.

Finding a community to race with is one of the best ways to find clean racing.

You don't have to pay a subscription fee like in iRacing, there is good racing to be found in this game. You just need to find a community that suits you.

Ten minutes ago i thought, ah well, raced all day against AI, lets do another try online. I joined a mini race at Zandvoort for qualification. It happened i set pool (which was luck).
But i had a very bad start: way too much wheel spin. So in an eyeblink i was third, heading for the first corner. As i started to slow down (just being careful), out of the blue someone passed me at full speed and smashed the two guys in front of me in the gravel BIGTIME! He progressed and became nr.1. I was "lucky" cause he didnt got me so i was now in second place behind this ***hole. While in his slipstream for a good overtake, he suddenly stepped on full brake. I could not avoid him, rammed him from behind, spun twice aroud my axis and came to a halt. I quit the game.

I knew this would happen en sometimes im lucky to be in a serious pack. Im licensed at Reacedepartment.com. But all those races are at exact dates and times, which i just hate. SO i thought, lets setup a dedicated "fun" server were people from racedepartment can enjoy races 24 hours password protected. But even then there are those strange fellows that need to f*ck around. Sad...very sad

Yeah, I got sick of people using other cars as corner-brakes.

Join iRacing... you can't progress in your driving career there without earning SR (safety rating) so if you crash or even come off the track in a race it could impact your progress. As a result, everyone drives it like they bought it and work really hard to not make contact. The racing itself is fast and furious and there's a race every hour or so.

I just bought STCC, damned if I can get the thing running :(

I am haveing an idea.
Lets make a list with drivers that are wreckers and drivers that are not.It will take some time but after that we can send the list to servers admin to BAN those IP...
Its just an idea but if there is nothing done it will be worse.
