It has been confirmed. And I agree that not buying a game in protest of anything sequel related is a bad plan. The only way sequels get made is on the success of the 1st game. The sequel has not been announced for PC yet, but not buying the 1st game isn't going to get the 2nd to come to steam. I'm going to go buy the 1st right now.

I bought it again yesterday.

And also remember that Rearmed wasn't available in steam when it was released at first.
