Prestige mode is locked for ever.

Hi guys.
im having a problem with the prestige mode in COD Black OPS.

Everytime i get to level 50 and i try to unlock prestige mode it resets my level to 1 and says that i have to be 50 again to be able to unlock the prestige mode. i have already leveled to 50 for two times in a row.i dont want to level again.:mad: i bought the game to be able to benefit from support and use all the features of the game without the hacks, like everyone else.

any solutions or can i get a refund ?

The whole point of prestige is to reset your rank to 1 and do it all again.

When you prestige, you lose everything except for lenses, camo, and the things you buy for your player card.

You are already Prestige 2 on that picture, there are 15 prestige levels in total. So there's no solution, as there's no problem.
