I saw there was some kind of beta of this game on facebook, now the DLC gives you 4 items, amongst them a magick but since they're items from preorder, are they exclusive? or are they just generic easy to get items ingame? asking beta players if they have any info.

yes there is a DLC shipping for people who prepurchased before january 31, see the storefront for more info.

They are unique. Can't be found ingame unless you get them as a bonus.

by installing the game. DLC are autoinstalled on steam. no additional action is required...

you have until january 31 to buy the game + DLC, if you get paid on feb 1 then just buy the game on the last day of january... ;)

btw... if your "budget" comes from your mom just ask her to pay a day earlier... :p

You can get the items by using the left and right arrows when editing your character (colors).

I haven't installed the game yet, but when I look at the downloadable content in my library I can only see the Wizard Hat DLC (which is only one of the four items said to be in the Wizard's Survival Kit). Is the DLC wrongly named, or am I missing 3/4 of the special offer?

right-click on the game name (works at least in detail view) and choose "view downloadable content".

an alternate way would be to right-click on the game name and choose "properties" then click on the DLC tab...
