It was Rock Paper Shotguns' article about five things to avoid doing that got me interested in this game (just saw it today, and bought it :D ) so I think it's fitting to have a thread about everyone's mishaps that may or may not have lead to their death.
I haven't played Co-op yet, so I only have one, but it had me laughing pretty good. I was on the airship when these goblin bombers/grenadiers show up and I think "Oh, this will be easy!". I charged up about 3 fire spells and let loose a little too close. The resulting explosion flung me across the screen and off the other side of the air ship. It was too funny to be annoying!
