I had a similar problem. I went to the upper right path, fired a beam across the top of the screen, eventually killed the right goblin and the camera fixed itself.

There's a goblin offscreen who you have to kill to unfix the camera.

Thank you so much! I have just managed to go through this after killing the goblin who was on the other side of the map.

Urghhhh, this is a serious problem that need to be fixed Paradox.

Huh.. never even came across that section of the map. Must be because of all that teleporting I've done. Somewhat broken as well since it lets you skip mobs and a few cutscenes entirely.
