How big is the file size for Vietnam?

How many maps are there?

The vietnam content is already installed if your game is up to date. Its just not unlocked.

There are 5 maps.

If you downloaded the R10 patch (Map pack 7), you already have the Vietnam content.

There are 5 maps.

EDIT:

Yes. When you buy Vietnam, you get a serial number which you input into the game, and it unlocks the content.

ok i bought Vietnam.

1. Is it just me or that when you use the iron sights for any guns, it doesn't zoom in as much as in BC2

2. Feels like you die faster in Vietnam than in BC 2

3. the graphic looks weird

how many guns r there?
Three for each class, plus several generic all-class weapons.

Assault:

M16A1 (full auto, not burst)
AK-47
M14 (full auto, not semi-automatic)

Medic:

M60 (much better sights than the original BFBC2 version)
RPK
XM22

Engineer:

Mac-10
PPSh-41
Uzi

Recon:

M21 (semi-automatic)
SVD (semi-automatic)
M40 (bolt action)

Then there's the all-class weapons:

TT-33
M1911
M1 Garand
M1A1 Thompson
870 Combat
M2 Flamethrower

The Engineer also gets an RPG-7, with iron sights instead of a scope, and no tracer. Recon gets C4 and Mortar Strike, Assault has an M79 "Thumper" grenade launcher to replace the under-barrel launcher (no smoke or shotgun rounds). The Medic has an adrenaline syringe instead of a defibrillator and a different looking medkit, but they both function the same.

1. Not really sure. I've never noticed the difference, if there is one.

2. Yeah, all weapons generally do more damage per shot than in vanilla BC2.

3. Uhh...ok, I guess. It looks fine to me. "Weird" isn't a very accurate description. :p
2. You do...there's less body armor.
I know I'm just nitpicking, but technically the armor/health is the same; the guns just do more damage. :)

Overall, I say it's definitely worth buying. I have plenty of fun with it. Plus, your class score in Vietnam counts towards unlocks in regular BC2.
