Speaking as someone who owns the DLC and PS3 version of the game as well as the PC version:

The DLC is far from worth it. Don't even bother thinking about it, you're not missing anything. And this is from someone who genuinely enjoyed RE5 to begin with.

and the Gold Edition to compare

DLCS - Lost in Nightmare, Desperate Escape , Extra Mercenaries
fairytale & heavy metal costume

Gold Edition - all DLC in and Move Controller Support
(which turns RE5 into a HD version of RE4 Wii)
