Hey all, well...FINALLY I found the problem. Let me put this into perspective...a litlle setup first...
PROBLEM:: I built a new gaming rig, at the heart of it is a GTX 580. In Just Cause 2 and now Two Worlds 2 I was getting kicked to a black screen just minutes of being in the game. It was a black screen but I could still hear the audio.
WHAT I TRIED:: I sent back my memory, got new sticks, same problem. I returned my MSI GTX 580 card for a EVGA GTX 580, same problem. Then I downloaded MSI's Afterburner tuning program. I LOWERED my memory clock and GPU clock t0 725/1850 from the stock 772/2004. BLACK SCREENS STOPPED.
SOLUTION:: It was my power supply. It wasnt feeding the 580 the power it needed to function properly. I bought a Ultra LSP 750 watt from Tiger Direct. The power supply worked, but, it was a crappy power supply. I got a 900 watt that was 80+ certified, I recommend anyone look here and see if your power supply is on here, and go with one that is 80+ certified to avoid headaches. The Ultra I had wasnt even on this list! http://www.plugloadsolutions.com/80PlusPowerSupplies.aspx
BOTTOM LINE: If you have a beefy gaming rig, especially one with a high octane video card, go the extra mile and get a quality power supply thats 80+ certified.
I hope this helps other people. I have been playing Two Worlds 2 now for 2 hours straight with no black screens. Good luck all. :)
