Problem: Can't speak with the doctor in Mosate Selao

Basically one of the side missions is to "find someone who can provide medicine", because i'm out of malaria pills.

this takes me to the doctor in Mosate Selao (or whatever that place is called) but he just won't speak/interact with me. all other missions work fine. The game is up to date by steam. Ive tried completing other missions and then going back to the doctor, but he just stands there and doesn't say a word.

You need to go back to the church in the main town and get the documents from the priest, then go and visit the doctor. No papers, no pills. ;)
