Account name and pasword not working

I am getting frustrated because even if I reset my password and then go back to the login screen it still says my password is wrong. I have been trying to log in since i got home an hour ago and no matter what I do it says my password is invalid. I am sorry but I have been gaming for a long long time and this is a bad joke of a system. Why won't it let me reset and log in?

are u typing in an email, or account name? as it did it for me like this when i typed in my email, but when i did my account name it worked :)
