Can somebody enlighten me about driving with a G27 on PC?

520 degrees or less rotation is needed for precision. The lower you go, the better it will work.
FFB is generic rumble and shake.
Clutch and brakes are digital, not proportional analog.
Physics is designed for gamepads and thus wheel users are left with a somewhat lifeless, unexciting driving experience.

The boards are currently being flooded with complaints, so I expect these (and other) issues will be corrected in time.
