Will a Homefront gift get me Metro 2033 as well?

if I get gifted Homefront now, will I also get Metro 2033 tied to my account with that gift?

I would like to know this as well...

I assume they just have a Steam check that if your account has Homefront on it -> it has Metro 2033.
Which would make sense, since then if Homefront was removed (preorder cancelled) so would Metro 2033.
And if that IS correct, which is all just speculation, then theoretically if you get gifted Homefront you would indeed receive Metro 2033.

To clear this up: it DOES give you metro 2033 as well. I tried.
