Hello. I don't get it. How can i get banned in cod Black ops when i don't even cheat ? My stats sucks, my prestige is only 7 lvl 20. How can VAC ban me ? I've read their " Policy ", but what i haven't even cheated. It says i can't steam support it or nothing. How can i then tell my side of the story? All i have to say is check my match videos and stats. I do not even cheat omg how can i be banned im so frustrated after paying 40 euro for a game that i haven't even finished.
Maybe this can be linked to a guy that hacked me 2 weeks ago? I steam supported it so they may know if my user cheated at that time.

Either you or someone else cheated on your account. Doesn't matter who it was, you will not be unbanned because your acount is your responsibility.
From the steam user agreement:
You agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your Account and for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your Account.
Steam does not give out details about VAC bans.

VAC is ridicolous. Ill just buy battle field
at least they don't have an agreement with steam..

I swear to god i did not cheat. I've read the rules. They have no tolerance for cheaters. Why would i risk getting banned after paying 40 euro ?

IF someone hacked you and cheated on your account, then there is NOTHING you can do about it. VAC Bans are only removed if a mistake happened(such as a virus identified as a cheat by VAC, or mass bans caused by a mistake of Valve) Your account's safety is your responsibility.
Did you change any files related to black ops, such as skins or audio files?

No, not recently

"Not recently" - so you did change something there?
Vac bans with a delay, usually a month.
MW2 or Black OPS changes can and most of the time trigger a VAC ban.
