I bought ME 2 yesterday after playing through some Dragon Age on my PS3. I went onto redeem the Cerberus code that Steam gives you. Worked perfectly; no problems.
I go on and redeem the Blood Dragon Armor with the code I got from DA:O. The code takes me to the same screen as the Cerberus code and no option to download the Dragon Armor; just same download options as what was offered for inputting the Cerberus Network code. I go in-game and sign into Cerberus Network; no Dragon Armor, just "news" of some new content they have available.
I contacted EA/Bioware and waiting for a response. In the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do? I've never had such problems with DLCs before.
