Annoying toolset camera controls are annoying.

Okay, I know how to rotate and zoom the camera, but nowhere in the help file does it tell you if you are able to pan the camera and how to go about doing it. Direct quote:

Control-middle-click rotates the camera. The mousewheel moves the camera forward and backwards.

Control-rightclick will move the camera around the focus point.
