Problem with weapon_pistol_magnum.txt

When i try to create a game, either single player or online and either from game's menu or console, i got this error:

However i am able to create a game after i get the error. Verify files didn't work. Any ideas to solve this?

Do you have any addons installed? If you do, try uninstalling them and try to play again. It should then work for you.

I have a ton of maps (addons too right?), can they be also the cause of this?

Move them out of the addons folder and try. If it doesn't work locate that file and move it out of the game folder and verify cache again.

It means that your pistol_magnum has been modified.

Yes it can be from maps, I know Resident Evil Outbreak campaign caused it for me.

Funny you say that because i was thinking what vpk files i have that messes with weapons, and my conclusion came to RE Outbreak campaign, so i just removed that campaign and voilá no more errors.
