CS 1.6 doesn't support double-byte character input, e.g. Chinese, Japaness and Korean. But there is a program on the internet that claims to support chatting with these characters in game. Is it safe to use this program while playing CS 1.6 (considering the program itself is clean)?
You can download it here (http://www.sothink.com.cn/csmate/csmate.zip).

This.
EXE and DLL trigger a VAC ban.

No problem.
Wait, one more thing... Never press the big, beautiful, shiny, and red button that says "Ban Me!" with white fonts.
Just kidding. x3

This will not modify the game memory and will not get you VAC banned, no chance.
It similar to saying Mumble will get you banned just because it prints an overlay onto your screen.

I don't think so. VAC does not ban "for EXE and DLL", it bans for cheats and modifying/replacing some binary files for the game. Running another program does not mean you modify anything else. If it is what you say then that is not a cheat. Ask Steam Support if you're not sure.
