Can anyone install the Mac version?

Every time I try to install the Mac version I get told the Steam servers are too busy to deal with my request. But then the game shows its status as busy downloading despite the fact that the Steam client doesn't show it downloading. It seems like it's completely broken. Can anyone actually install the Mac version and confirm that it works? Thanks.

I installed the game and it runs perfectly on my iMac I7. I'm afraid you'll have to wait a bit until the Steam servers decide that it's your turn to download. How long are you waiting ?

I managed to get it to download a couple of days ago. It runs reasonably well on my MacBook. Yay!

It ran fine for me the first few times on my 2 week old 27in iMac. Then it refused to load. I'd get the bouncing icon, wait 10min, still nothing. Boot camp to the rescue.
