Is there any way to get an organization back?

Once the aliens have taken an organization is the any way to get them back to the point where they will sell you stuff?

Lost Marsec so the game becomes very difficult

I don't think there's a way, no. You can get them back if they dislike you for killing their people and destroying property with monetary injections, but once the aliens take them over, it's over.

Perhaps it'd be best to reload a save game from earlier?

I've never had an occasion to try it myself, but why not use the same trick with organizations that have stopped taking bribes? Start attacking one of their enemies. Once they're non-hostile, see if you can buy anything from them.

your game has become more interesting, certainly. there is no way you can get the organization back once it is under alien control.

it is not impossible to win without marsec. if you already have a stash of flying suit chest pieces (the only piece necessary for flight), there is little you need from them anyhow. if you don't have the flying suits, though, late game is going to be quite difficult.
