Telltale needs to stop hiding behind a wall of silence and either release the new episode or cancel the project and give customers their money back.

Its only February 16th, they still have an whole extra week to release the episode on "schedule".
Episode 3 on the other hand, I am concerned about.

The game was released 2 months ago (12/23/10) so part 2 of these supposedly "monthly" releases is almost a month late.
Obviously telltale was more interested in getting the game on PSN then living up to their development schedule.

The release date of the second episode has been February since the release dates were announced.
The dates are even on the store page:
Episode 1: It's About Time - Now Available!
Episode 2: Get Tannen! - February 2011
Episode 3: Citizen Brown -March 2011
Episode 4: Double Visions - April 2011
Episode 5: OUTATIME - Finale!

I think ep2 should have been an Januar episode, but they shipped it early for the Christmas sale.

I know that its always been slated for a February release but since the first episode came out in December they should have had episode 2 out by early-mid February. Its already the 16th and I haven't seen any indication that a release is eminent. Also, if its taken this long to get episode 2 out I don't see how they're going to have episode 3 ready in march.
If it turns out they can't meet they're current release schedule it would be understandable, it happens all the time. But since people have already spent $25 on their game I feel it is they're obligation to communicate any issues or delays to the customers.

Well, there was a trailer put up on Telltale's Youtube channel for episode 2, but it was pushed to private. It said at the end of it Available Now, so it seems as if they're getting ready for release.
Someone else put it up though so you can see it if you want to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=998eR-7bxgA
Besides, Telltale usually ends up waiting till near the end of the month to release, probably to get all the QA they can. They have since I can remember. It just seems silly to complain about it already since they haven't missed their release window yet.

dc213, you're overreacting. Telltale is right on the schedule. Also, Episode 2 is already on the telltale's servers (if you had paid a visit to their site few hours ago, you would know it). Chill out, dude. Episode 2 is just around the corner. ;)

Episode 2 is available now in your Steam Library. You just have to install it (doesn't download automatically).

Some people really love to complain.
When I used to work with customers in the past (not anymore, thanks god) when people complain for no reason, I used to give their money back and do not provide any solution. It is the fastest way to get rid of them. And I think it will be very funny if dc213 have his money back for this issue, then the second episode is released the next day, isnt?

That sounded great at first... Having worked at Wal-Mart I know the downsides well.
It doesn't solve much. They will just turn-around and buy the same product again, and complain again. Eventually dc213 might even manage to get the entire game for free.
Best case scenario is that dc213 costs TellTale games time and money trying to process his refunds. More if they try to do any customer service between refunds.

Then we all have someone to blame if the game comes late. By the way, I played the game, and ENJOYED IT!
Now to wait for ep. 3. :(

Hey guys it's March 4th and episode 3 isn't out yet, is Telltale pulling a Valve?
In all seriousness, it is funny how someone can react like that mid month. I can see if maybe it was a month or two late and being a little confused, but calling it vaporware after only 14 days into the month?
