The monitor is a Sony Bravia 42 Inch... Graphics card is an ATI Radoen HD 4600 series... The tv is plugged to the graphics card with an HDMI cable... But everytime i play, i still get my 100 fps but seem to have issues aiming properly... But when i go on a small old 19 inch monitor i kill like crazy... Any imputs ?

This is totally a guess, but I think HDMI connections might produce a little input lag. Or perhaps your display has long response times. Or perhaps you're experiencing ghosting (probably not, as it sounds like a quality TV).

HDMI cable = The same one that i use on my PS3 (Not the stock but a slightly superior HDMI Cable than stock PS3 one)
I checked my ATI Catalyst and it recognizes the TV pretty well too, but i don't really understand why i can play other games perfectly with that TV as my PC Monitor but not DoD:S
In game i locked my fps at 100 and i seem to always be in a range of 95-100 fps constantly, running the game and desktop on a lower resolution than the maximal values i could use, which is 1024x768 rather than my max one that is 1920x1080 ... Graphics Card seems to have it's temperature always around 50-55 Degrees Celcius, i heard that i could plug in a smaller monitor and clone em so i could use the smaller monitor features on the big one... Should i try that ?

What other games do you play? Are they all using a mouse? Are they all first person shooters/multiplayer Valve games?
Try running the game at the native resolution of your BIG display (1920x1080), and see if that helps with input lag (that's assuming you have any).

What does cloning them mean? If it involves connecting the two monitors with an HDMI cable, then you'll probably get the same problem. Your graphics card temperatures seem to be fine.
The trouble is, you haven't described what you think is causing your aim to deteriorate; Is there, or is there not, a slight delay between moving your mouse and seeing the corresponding movement on your TV screen? If you move your mouse back and forth quickly, do you get a 'rubber-band' effect as if you're dragging the camera along?

Actually, when i move mouses, it seems to move at the same rate in game...
As for monitor cloning, it's just something a friend told me to try,
Other games i play :
Need For speed (Pretty much all games) GTA IV, Saints Row 2, Pirates of the burning sea, Assasin's creed 1-2, mercenary 2 world in flames...
Not much FPS other than dods actually ! :P but there is games that takes way more juice on the graphics level than dods, and everything seems to respond as soon as i press the key or move the mouse
i ran a dxdiag too if it could be of any help could attach or link you to it
thx for answering !
I'll try the resolution changes as u said !
Edit: Tryed all resolutions i could, no positive results so far... But now i gotta try again, somehow could forece 100 hz refresh rate... Dunno how i did it rofl !!

So can you try to describe what exactly is the problem?
For all I know, it might just be a psychological problem, somehow making you play worse on big TVs... ;)

Well as soon as i could put the 100 hertz override it seemed to make everything come back to normal...
I dunno how else i could explain it !! I don't even know how i managed to enable 100 hertz refresh rate haha
