Sound problems in Blood Money

The sound in this game is really glitchy, the speech rarely works usually degenerating into repeated snips of conversation and a lot of the sound effects don't work either. Some levels I just ahve to turn the sound off completly because of the repeated fingernails on chalkboard screeching going on.

Anyone else have this problem?

I'm using win 7 home premium 64 bit if that makes a difference.

I don't even started playing the first mission but i have a sound problem in the menu, like static everytime a noise comes. I can hear everything, but i got this crappy sound ruining my life

EDIT: Don't know how, suddenly this sound problem disappeared
