I am from Kuwait and usually games that are not available in Australia are not available to my country, and we get the same prices.

I cant find Bulletstorm in the Steamstore. So who else can't access it and which country you're from?

would you stop misleading people buying the game on gg means it cant be activated on steam

why is it misleading? I'm not saying it can be activated on steam

Besides, since the game isn't infested with steamworks, clicking on the "Add a non-steam game" option and adding the game that way is exactly the same as buying it from steam.

Besides, since steam has it region-locked, some people only have the option of looking somewhere else.

Go away troll. Adding a non steam game doesn't give you all the features steam has to offer...its just a shortcut you noob.

the whole overlay is there when you add a non-steam game to steam.

if you buy it from steam, that's all you get too (since the bakups and all that stuff is simply handled by a different store, so it's there just not steam's version of it).

Your not making sense. Steam handles all of it's features.

the overlay works just fine.

The game doesn't support steam cloud, no matter what
The game doesn't support steam achievements, no matter what.

So the only difference is where you have the backup, that's all!

That's not all. You can backup, verify files and if a file is missing steam can download it and fix it, steam updates games instead of looking for a patch..even though GFWL has a patch system you have to go in and out of windows to patch it instead of it already being updated before you start the game and all steam games you can play without a disc....should I go on?

steam's update process is buggy as hell, and most GFWL titles don't receive steam updates, they still are updated through GFWL, so that's a moot point here.

the only thing left is backup and verification, both of which can be done outside of steam (in fact, unless you're stealing stuff around or something, it's unlikely a non-steam game will get corrupted... if steam doesn't update the game, there's almost no chances of it getting corrupted).

Missing files? same thing there, no need if the game isn't bought on steam.

You went from steam having no features to...oh steam has verify and backup. About the missing files if someone deleted some files in the game or was finding there saves or anything else and they accidently deleted a important file steam can verify the game and redownload that single file...and its fixed. ;) unlike gfwl which you can't do so...only reinstalling the whole game would fix that. GO AWAY TROLL.

Start installer -> Repair install -> 30 seconds and it's done, no need for an internet connection of waiting for a download.

and still those are not features steam gives to the game, and as the OP stated, steam doesn't offer the game in his country, so his option is to look somewhere else (and good for him, since that way he saves money or get something extra).
