Awa Siege Bug - Beware

Might just be me, but there's a bit of a bug when sieging Awa - the third settlement.

Opening the steam overlay during the advisor's speeches will pause the game. At the end of the advisor's speeches, he tells you to get stuck in and do battle -the tick button you normally use to continue is grayed out so I assume the battle should just commence once he's finished talking.

However, because the game was paused from shift+tabbing earlier the battle didn't start and P wouldn't unpause it, escape wouldn't do anything either. Thus, I was stuck looking at the castle walls and forced to alt+f4 it...

So, beware, don't open the steam overlay during the preamble to battle! You won't be able to continue!

yea this happened to me too. auto forcing the game to pause when you open steam chat isnt a good idea imo

i want to talk about shogun 2 with my friends when im playing it! geez

The auto pause is good, and a fine feature carries over the Napoleon (and maybe Empire, can't remember) but having it break the game like that is insanely shoddy!
