Demo crashing on start up

Since i have downloaded the demo i have been unable to play it as every time i start the demo it causes my computer to crash with out the game actually starting i have updated my graphic driver, verified integrity of the cache and run as administrator now i don't know what to do now and i was wondering if you had a solution to this problem.

my laptop
windows 7 home premium 64-Bit
intel i5-460M
nvidia geforce GT 420M
4GB DDR3 RAM
