So I beat the game again on Trauma. There wasn't any difference in it apart from difficulty, so no real bonuses. There was 1 extra weird giant Egyptian looking thing in level 1 though.

What is with the (No=Slot For Patch Ending)? I guess the message is just there for people who have already seen the ending movie, but that last part is just random.
I was hoping for a little bonus for doing it on Trauma but there isn't, at least not yet anyway if there ever will be. Will there be future bonuses for playing higher difficulties like PK had?
