I know i stupidly bought it off steam, does anyone know of the proper way to refund a pre-ordered game on steam? I emailed steam support but they havent got back to me :(

You just need to wait. The only way to cancel an order is by submitting a ticket for it.

You still have 2 weeks though so don't panic.
