Game breaking glitch! Help anyone?

Hi,

I just arrived at the factory and Pej's not with me. I searched for him everywhere and I can't find him.

I saw on internet it was a somewhat frequent bug, and that there was nothing you can do about it. I'll probalby play the game again and start a new game, but I really don't feel like doing it right now.

Does anybody has a save in this area? Is it possible to send me save files? Please.

If not, I'll just start over again, and remember saving a lot.

there's a "slaughterhouse fix" button in the bgaefix program you should try first, it will edit your original save to swap some objects, if it works you should be able to just continue.

This is why I always use all available save slots, simply rotate through all 5 with each save.

this can't be fixed with multiple saves, there are game breaking bugs that will prevent progress no matter how many times you replay it, like some sort of race conditions that cause scripting errors with missing characters, keys, triggers, objects, etc.

So, is the bug already present when you start a new game?

Luckily, I'm already at the (trying to get into the) slaughterhouse part, and as far as I gathered here, if the bug shows up, he shows up earlier, correct?
