Farcry2 - can i run it?

Specs:

GPU = Geforce 8400 gs (over clocked a fair bit)
CPU = Intel core 2 duo CPU 2.2ghz
3 gig of ram
Lots of harddisk space


Question is, can i run this at a minimum of 30 fps? (even if an all low)
