I was thinking the same thing and then I saw this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quGZD72nUEo&feature=related), it has a longer uninterrupted look at both SP and MP and it seems to give a better idea of HF gameplay than the 5 sec edited clips imho

The multiplayer footage is pretty old, but I haven't seen the singleplayer footage in that video yet :D

But none of the MP are PC, they are all Consoles. Now I did decide to trust Kaos based upon the Desert Mod and how much I enjoyed Frontlines. So it is preordered.

Same here. I really enjoyed it actually. Had that old Battlefield style feeling to it with the large maps and lots of vehicles. It wasn't perfect, but I had fun with it.

After watching the TDM video, anybody else think TDM might not be that bad? Don't get me wrong, ground control will still be the far superior mode. But with the Battle Commander giving out dynamic missions, it seems like even a simple TDM might be fun as going for those missions and getting battle points might be worth it for the extra killing power later on.

Yeah Homefront TDM will definitely be better than cod tdm and such. More to do than just aimlessly throw grenades :D

Yeah that is kinda annoying... Maybe we can shove more sounds in because it is a Unreal Engine game? :D

Agreed. The Battle Commander is going to add an interesting dynamic to mp - even in simple TDM. Would be kind of a rush to be the 5-star threat and have a half the other team coming after you. Although the rush would probably be short-lived. ;)

Yeah, nice to have a killstreak system that still rewards you but also challenges you at the same time.

This is looking like a slightly advanced COD game to me, the animations look exactly the same :/ and seems like a generic BF game at a $50 price.

My friends buying it for the 360, I guess I'll give it a shot when he buys it.
