Space Channel Part 2 Triggers?

Hi all. Does anyone know if there's a way to assign the shoulder triggers in Space Channel 5? I'd like to change the view (i.e., rotate the camera) from that horrible perspective in the Ulala Dance Battle, like you could on the original, but you need the shoulder triggers to do it. Thanks!
