How do I back up the savegames?

I've purchased the game, but how do I back up the savegames if I need to reinstall windows? I can't seem to find the save files anywhere.

I have mine in (WXP)

C:\Document and Settings\%profile_name%\Local settings\Application data\Zachtronics industries

Moving all the folder between comps works perfectly for me.

Those are hidden folders so you should enable showing them.

In Windows 7 it's

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Zachtronics Industries\SpaceChem\save
