I dunno what game do you like more? Shogun dosn't interest me at all, mostly because I find the culture too goofy to take seriously. Its just something about a bunch of guys trying to act tough while wearing socks and sandles and screaming like a ten year old girl, I dunno.
But thats just my opinion. I know next to nothing of the game besides what its about.

I got a better Idea, Keep Shogun 2 and Buy DA2 nao.

Well they are two very different types of games, preordering DA II will get you some bonus items if you care about that. Shogun 2 have some preorder bonuses...but they are not available on steam. I recommend getting the gamestop version of Shogun 2 if you want the bonuses. They also have the limited edition with more extra content.

A bunch of guys wearing socks and sandals rushing at me with razor sharp blades, polearms, etc. while screaming with determination to dismember me would scare the ---- out of me.
Seriously, the combat of that time is more intimidating to me than what we have now, which is generally being hit by a projectile you probably didn't see coming. The projectiles are arguably more deadly in general... but far less frightening overall.

Barbarian horde, sure. British Infantry line... eh, pass.
Shogun 2 is looking to be pretty enjoyable if you appreciate the genre though. A lot more to do and control, and a pretty impressive attention to detail overall (with some minor oversights).

i personally think shogun is going to be much more improved, esp with the coop features which ive been long awaiting, i think naval combat seems a bit more spiced up to this time around

Yep I know that, but I don't know if I should return shogun 2 on steam for just the extra stuff with gamestop limited edition.

I didn't think the extra gimmicks were worth the trouble with the Shogun 2 LE, so I passed on that and pre-ordered digitally. Besides, they almost always offer them later in DLC.
Edit: Also didn't want to wait/pay for expedited shipping, so digital was more convenient in that regard as well.

I kinda wanted the EU/AU version with chess set and the art book and figurine...but I guess it is not coming to NA.
The special clan and scenario isn't that significant, and neither is the bonus battle. But the price is the same as the price on Steam. So you get extra stuff for the same price. Yeah you have to pay tax and shipping for it too, or just tax if you buy it in store. So, it's up to you if you think you need to get all the in game content.
I'm actually kinda pissed it's not on Steam...I mean the game REQUIRES Steam! This actually is worse than EA not letting Steam users get the signature edition!

Why don't you stop being so cheap and buy both brilliant games?

Harsh much? Some people don't have a ton of expendable income, it doesn't make them cheap if they are prioritizing their spending.
