i cant save i click the button to save but it is gray and dose not work any suggestions

ah ha thanks to my brilliant mind i have restarted the game completely and now it works

yes by restarting the game completely and i mean exiting fully and then restarting it it let me save and i at one time had the problem with it freezing on the logo screen i took off direct x 11
