D2D are having a 20% sale this weekend, so now's your chance to get Shogun 2 for only $40 instead of $50.

It's a Steamworks game, so you can register it on Steam no matter where you buy it.

Also, you get Rome: Total War Gold Edition with it free (worth another $10).

Only downside: No TF2 pre-order items. However, if you don't care about those then it won't matter to you.

I bit, don't care about the team fortress 2 stuff. Thanks for the info..:) Hopefully, the extra ninja clan and extra battles will be available as downloads sometimes in the future.

You know i don't undertand that get games thing. I just preordered that less than a week ago for 40 bucks and it was on sale then and its the exact same deal. Now its 30 bucks? and now its 40 bucks normally? I got jipped. Demanding a refund.

Crazy once I signed it, it now says 30 dollars to pre order yet they made me pay 40 with a damn discount. Im pissed

Actually, if you get Shogun2 and the Total pack on Direct2Drive, then use their 20% off promo code, you'll get it all for around $58 USD, which is still cheaper than what you get here. Plus, you MIGHT get TWO copies of Rome Gold.

I believe D2D gives you the key as soon as its released.

Why I don't bother buying from them. :mad:

WTF is Sega's problem?!?!

Also to another post that said we are being charged $90 for a game that costs the US about $40 USD when the AUD > USD. :confused: I will just wait for it to be on a 90% sale where the price disparity is a lot less and fairer. Just bought NTW on steam yesterday for $10 or whatever it was, so happy with that. I have so many games to play not in any rush to play this one.
