Do you see what I see? Can you hear what I hear? And do you feel like I feel? And can you dream like I dream?

I think I heard that in a P.O.D. song. I think it's great. What else is thought of it?

The song, or the oxymoron?

I have a cousin who sleeps on his feet while he's cooking mac & cheese. I'm pretty sure that's what the song is referring to.

Idk, but I feel more awake when I'm half asleep

One time I was a bit awake, and on the spot in 2 seconds I figured how to take apart my computer's front panel. I always seem to solve things so well when I'm half asleep

There's another time when I was half asleep b/c the slight banging of a wooden gate was bothering me. So I was able to come up with a very easy solution that involved nailing some wood a certain way to make the wooden gates from banging on each other in teh wind!

Later in the day when I remember what I came up with, I try to apply myself again but I just can't focus!

Damn

Actually I was thinking more along the lines of, is our perceptions of reality different.

From reading this thread, I guess the answer is "yes"

What can you expect from a guy with "Yiff" in his name? :p ;)

Sometimes I go into auto-pilot and just sort of watch my life happen. Feels like something else is driving. I can take back control whenever though. It's like switching to the passenger seat.

I can sort of relate. It seems like boredom, or periods of anticipation, often allow me to let my mind wander into especially strange areas. Thus, I come up with innovative ideas that really help me out when I'm fully awake and productive.

Usually, yeah.
Anybody who's read more than a handful of threads in this forum alone, should realize that. ;)
