highlight tech prerequisites

Okay developers, please do me a solid and highlight the technological prerequisites when I point at an item.

If you can make it a gradient where lighter highlights are ones you can get right now and darker lighlights are ones that need other upgrades, it'd be great.

It's on the list of little enhancements we'll do if we can get the time but we're super super busy now! At least it does show you what you need when you hover over it (and whether you already have said prerequisite or not, by whether it's light or dark)
