Can installing this patch from the nvidia website get you vac banned? I need to know before I do it, I do not want to be falsely banned.

No way. It's an official patch. Also, I don't even think it uses VAC.

I mean a patch for unreal tournament 3, not my ♥♥♥♥ing video card, my video card already has Physx, and is up to date, I think you're the stupid one here.

If you've got the Steam version of UT3 it should already be full patched.

and it's not a good idea to patch Steam games with retail patches...

Are you sure? I have the option "Hardware Physics" in settings with the Steam UT3.

Also, UT3 doesn't even use VAC. You can't get banned in a game that does not utilize VAC. Do what you want.

I modded my german copy to be uncensored by modifying a movie file (yes, the trigger for the censorship is in a movie file!). That was over a year ago and nothing bad happened.
